Oh babe… we get it, we really do. You’ve ordered your Vixxen must-haves and you want them now! Fear not, if we have your product in stock, our Vixxen customer service angels 👼 will ship your order within 48 hours of you placing it. That’s just two sleeps and your goodies are on their way!

Buuuuuuuut... if for any reason there is a delay in being able to deliver your Vixxen goodies to you 😱we’ll let you know as soon as our little fingers can type you an email or dial your digits. We totally get fashion emergencies so the Vixxen crew will work tirelessly to get you sorted.

Plus, our Vixxen customer services angels 👼 will keep you notified of your order by email to keep you informed about any Vixxen goodies that are "special ordered" or "back ordered".



Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping destination, the amount of your order, and the shipping options you choose.

New Zealand orders

Flat shipping rate $5.00

Free Shipping in New Zealand for orders over $30

Australian orders

Flat standard shipping rate $10

Track and trace courier price  $15

Free shipping in Australia for orders over $50

International orders (excluding NZ and Australia)

Flat standard shipping rate $28

Track and trace courier price $50

Free International shipping for orders over $70

Delivery Time

All orders are processed and sent from New Zealand. Below is an indication of delivery times:

New Zealand: 2 - 3 working days. Orders are sent with Fast Way Couriers.
Australia: 6 - 10 working days. Orders are sent with NZ Post.
Rest of world: 8 - 12 working days. Orders are sent with NZ Post

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and although we possess amazing super powers here at Vixxen, sadly, we are not responsible for any delays caused by New Zealand Post or Fast Way Couriers, especially during high-volume seasons.

Vixxen is not responsible for returns lost by Fast Way Couriers or New Zealand Post.

All International orders are subject to customs rules and regulations.

Currency

We’re all about acceptance so you’re very welcome to flex your 💳 Visa, Mastercard or American Express to secure your boobalicious necessities. For our international babes, all orders are processed in US dollars. And for you Kiwi babes, your orders are processed in New Zealand dollars.

All prices stated on the website include GST (New Zealand goods and services tax), the prices do not include shipping, which is charged according to delivery location (see above).



Returns

We want you, our Vixxen VIPs, to shop with the absolute certainty that you’ll get the product you want, so your satisfaction is our no. 1 priority. Our Vixxen customer service angels 👼 ensure we honour our commitment to deliver 100% customer satisfaction plus that the quality of our products meet your exacting standards. So we make the returns process as simple as possible.

You can return any of our Vixxen products purchased online provided they are returned within 10 working days with proof of purchase, in the original packaging and in an unused condition. You can get either a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange for any reason within 10-working days of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned. Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless Vixxen accepts that the product is faulty. We do not take responsibility for products damaged due to failure to follow our directions for use, care and caution.



Cancellations

If you make a purchase that you instantly regret and want to cancel your order, just call our Vixxen customer service angels 👼 give them your order number and we’ll take it from there. Yep, it really is that simple!


