All orders are processed and sent from New Zealand. Below is an indication of delivery times:

New Zealand: 2 - 3 working days. Orders are sent with Toll Freight Couriers.
Australia: 6 - 10 working days. Orders are sent with NZ Post.
Rest of world: 8 - 12 working days. Orders are sent with NZ Post

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and although we possess amazing super powers here at Vixxen, sadly, we are not responsible for any delays caused by New Zealand Post or Toll Freight Couriers, especially during high-volume seasons.

When I shop with Vixxen are my orders subject to sales tax?

This is a yes and no answer depending on where you order from. For our amazing Kiwi gals, all products you purchase in New Zealand are subject to GST (goods and services tax). The GST for New Zealand residents is 15%.


How much must I pay for shipping?

Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping destination, the amount of your order, and the shipping options you choose.

What happens if an item is "special order" or on "backorder"? 

Our Vixxen customer services angels 👼 will keep you notified of your order by email to keep you informed about any Vixxen goodies that are "special ordered" or "back ordered".


What if I wish to return my order?

We want you, our Vixxen VIPs, to shop with the absolute certainty that you’ll get the product you want, so your satisfaction is our no. 1 priority. Our Vixxen customer service angels 👼 ensure we honour our commitment to deliver 100% customer satisfaction plus that the quality of our products meet your exacting standards. So we make the returns process as simple as possible.

You can return any of our Vixxen products purchased online provided they are returned within 10 working days with proof of purchase, in the original packaging and in an unused condition. You can get either a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange for any reason within 10-working days of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned. Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless Vixxen accepts that the product is faulty. We do not take responsibility for products damaged due to failure to follow our directions for use, care and caution.


What if I would like to cancel my order?

Yep, sometimes a product is just not what you want, and like you, we want you to absolutely be sure that what you order is what you want. If you make a purchase that you instantly regret and want to cancel your order, just call our Vixxen customer service angels 👼 give them your order number and we’ll take it from there.
