Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Listed below are our two returns policies for Vixxen Accessories and Vixxen Period Wear products.

Vixxen Accessories

  1. We want every Vixxen angel to shop with the absolute certainty that you’ll get the product you want, so your satisfaction is our no. 1 priority.
  2. Our Vixxen girls ensure we honour our commitment to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, plus that the quality of our products meet your exacting standards. So we make the returns process as simple as possible.
  3. Stick on Bras are not eligible for return or exchange. You can return Vixxen products (with exception of Stick On Bra products) purchased online provided they are returned within 10 working days with proof of purchase, in the original packaging and in an unused condition. You can get either a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange for any reason within 10-working days of purchase.
  4. Sale items cannot be returned.
  5. Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless Vixxen accepts that the product is faulty.
  6. We do not take responsibility for products damaged due to failure to follow our directions for use, care and caution.

Vixxen Red Label

At Vixxen Red Label, we are committed to your satisfaction. To ensure you have a risk-free experience, we offer a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial for first-time customers. 

How It Works:
  1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange for one used product from your first order.
  2. You are not required to return the used item you are claiming.
  3. If you purchase a Bundle Pack or multiple pairs in a single transaction, only one item is eligible under the Risk-Free Trial. 
  4. Sale items cannot be returned.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
  • One-Time Use Per Customer & Household
The 60-Day Risk-Free Trial is limited to first-time customers only and may only be used once per household to prevent repeated claims.
  • Request Timeframe
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase & Feedback Required
Customers must provide their order number and a brief reason for their refund/exchange request (e.g., sizing, fit, absorbency). This helps us improve our products and service.
  • Shipping Costs
Any shipping fees are non-refundable. If returning unworn items that are part of the same order, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost as per our Standard Return Policy.
  • Abuse Prevention & Final Decision
Vixxen Red Label reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we suspect abuse of this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple claims from the same household, excessive returns, or failure to provide required details.

    Standard Return Policy

    1. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
    2. Only items that are unused, unworn, and in their original Vixxen packaging are eligible for return.
    3. For returning a bundle pack or multiple pairs in a single transaction, only one item may be opened. The remaining items must be unopened and in their original Vixxen packaging.
    4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Please notify us of the tracking number at vixxen@vixxen.co.nz.

    Returns

    1. Contact our customer service team at vixxen@vixxen.co.nz to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and an address for our return depot.
    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

    Refunds

    1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    2. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable.
    3. Gifts or gift cards are non-refundable.    
    4. Vixxen Red Label reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
